Four Easy Steps to Using the Stronghold Haywire Klamper

1 Measure, Cut and Wrap Wire

In the included instructions you can find the necessary wire length for your particular application. Cut wire and bend into a horseshoe shape of equal lengths.
Wrap wire around object: Once for single strength, twice for double strength.

How to Use the Stronghold Haywire Klamper

2 Engage Haywire Klamper and Tighten

Slip each end of the loose wire through the holes in the Haywire Klamper's twisting handle and place the notched end of the Klamper on the U end of the horseshoe as shown in diagram.
Begin to twist the handle on the Klamper and tighten the wire.

How to Use the Stronghold Haywire Klamper

3 When Tight, Tip Tool Back to Lock

After you have achieved the desired tightness for your clamp, tip the tool over to wrap the wire over the loop and lock the clamp tight. Next, reverse the turn key until the wire comes off the handle shaft.
This is the trickiest part and is the step where you may need to practice a couple of times before attempting on an actual project.

4 Trim the Excess Wire

Now you simply need to use any type of wire cutters and trim the wire about 1/2" and press them against the hose to complete your clamp.
After a few tries you will get the hang of using this amazing tool and begin thinking of all sorts of creative uses and clamps!
